EAting heavy and unhealthy foods can make you feel weighed down and exhausted. Your body will feel overwhelmed when it is full of things which don’t belong there. If you’ve ever eaten an extremely heavy meal then tried to go to bed, you may have found that it was hard to get to sleep. Your stomach isn’t a garbage disposal. Therefore, filling yourself full of junk can start to take its toll on your sleep patterns.
Try eating earlier in the evening before bed and make it clean, and you’ll find you may just have the best sleep of your life.
